what about some kind of sound when a new bug enters the sink? sometimes i keep the sink open under my other browser windows, and when i go back to check on the sink festivities, three or four new bugs have entered silently, greeting me and getting silence in return simply because i didn't know they were there - miscommunication is the cause of many a war in this world...

There's going to be an agenda. Is calendar a better word? And there's also going to be a row of clocks, with bugs from different timezones.

One clock with bug time....the problem now is we all have different times. A Bug clock with date set to whatever time zone would keep us all on track...the calendar would be a nice way to post upcoming events in the sink.

it has to work on a Mac! this bugpool sounds so great, i want to be able to access it at home and i dont have a PC! i wont mind waiting a couple extra months if you dont have to download anyhing special to have it work (so i could use it at the library or school while waiting)
