I don't understand the concern as to why I capitalized ''she.'' SHE is very special to me. SHE is different. Very simply, I'm still, after all these years, somewhat in awe of HER and that SHE has been with me through so much. I just felt like capitalizing. You write your memories the way you wish - - with or without caps.

I certainly did hesitate to use the word ''hopeless'' in that splat. It was definitely NOT intended as criticism. In my part of the world, we use that term, accompanied with a smile, to mean change is unlikely. When we use it with family members it's a term of endearment. Of course, Clair is NOT in my family, so I was remiss in using it. I do admire her and HOPE she retains her outlook on life. Am I forgiven?
