because we want beautiful children, not ugly unsuccessful ones that will have a worse quality of life, we all want the best for our kids. It's a sad fact indded but thats why people are naturally more drawn to beautiful people, which is sort of strange because i never really get that interested in people based purely on appearance unless I love their personality, and when I see they have a great personality even the ugly ones actually look more attractive to me
