just had a Dutch girl at my door and I had a terrible time trying to understand what she was saying. She spoke perfect English (I think) but she spoke so fast, all the words ran into each other and turned into a blur. Is this common or is she a freak of some sort? I never did quite sort out what she wanted, though she tried several times to explain. I suspect it was money .. and .. I can be very hard of hearing when I am being asked for it!!
