It'd be nice if there were some kind of anti-virus software thingey on the bugsite so as not to let them in....I've heard of other bugs getting em from links & whatnot on the original site.....

Don't worry about viruses here. I've been here for some years now and never was attacked. Watch the links in the splats though, they sometimes are suspected. I don't think Jogchem can do something about that.

There is nothing stored on this site that could possibly give you a virus or a worm. Also, being in the chat is perfectly safe. It is impossible to get a virus from nobodyhere.com. Of course it is possible to get a virus from links on the splats. However, that is the responsibility of the owners of the sites that the links point to, there is absolutely nothing Jogchem could do about that. Such is the nature of the web. The best way to protect yourself is: a) use a safe browser like Firefox or Opera; b) install and use anti-virus software.

I LOVE the bugs site, I am looking forward to the new one, and please, the English demo link is still written in Dutch, or it may be German, I don't know......not that there's anything wrong with either language, I just can't understand what it means.....Oh, and all the ideas I see posted here sound really good : )
