Do you actually think that you personally can affect the way that rich people invest their money(which is what drives these projects)? People that invested in a COAL COMPANY? Do you think they even give a shit? Does anyone HERE even give a shit enough to do anything about it? How about a news/blog link about it more recent than Apr/May. Probably the best we can do is not use coal, not just for the sake of SA, but for everyone's sake. Maybe people that live in SA have more say than Aussies, who are not the only investors anyway. I was suprisingly quite alert after a sleepless night, didnt crash the car, and the painting doesnt have to be done till Monday so nobody's gonna yell at me. It's in South Africa, and the company that proposed setting up the mine is not Australian either, it's a publicly traded company. People from India, the Netherlands, UK, and US etc., all own that company. Doesn't look like the government is going to let them have it though. So why the 'hey Australia people' bit then?
