Cripessake! I just wanted the boiler fixed for hot water, not for the serviceman ask me for coffee, ask me to go out and get milk for it, (CHEEKY!)make a watery mess in my kitchen, take apart the boiler because he thinks the radiator is broken, keeping me out of work for over 2 hours. This should have been a 5 minute job...
