naam: Bugbird
latijns:polyphylla fullo-junikever - duinkever
features: Polyphylla fullo is the largest of the European Melolonthinae, attaining a length of 38 mm. The body is robust and convex and more or less reddish brown or blackish. It is covered with fine white pubescence which forms marbled spots. Like other members of the genus, males possess an enlarged antennal ''fan'', which gives a distinctive appearance to these beetles, and gave rise to the scientific name for the genus (Polyphylla = ''many leaves''). The adult lives and feed on the foliage of pines, while the larvae live on the roots of grasses and sedges (Graminaceae and Cyperaceae).

You know that moment Bugbird, 13 Dec 2019 03:04
When you want the souls of the unborn but you can't eat eggs since your mom is a holy Christian?
Yeah, me neither.
I don't have a mother.
Nor religion.

We should save crayfish. Bugbird, 11 Dec 2019 17:54
Crayfish are tasty. We should save a few to keep as pets, then eat their remains when they pass. Or eat them when you get them.

Or set them free. They like to be free.

Aren't leaves great? Bugbird, 10 Dec 2019 17:11
I mean, all they do is just give us oxygen. And some taste good. We should all like leaves.
