chinese: very kind and gentle population seduced and misinformed by a highly corrupt government with imperialistic ambitions. (like in so many countries). and: you're probably right about the dalai lama, ohm!

To Nothing.
FREE TIBET!! political correct, 28 Jun 2005 12:52
Only in a chinese dictonary Tibet would be called a part of China. Tibet is a country on it's own! Long live the dalai lama! down with the occupators!

To Nothing.
My dictonary says Let's name the facts!, 28 Jun 2005 13:13
the chinese try to decimate the native population of Tibet by forced sterilisation of the tebetian women and a massiv immigration of chinese people. It tells me that the chinese occupators destroyed many temples and don't allow free religious acting of monks and population. The aim of China is to control the mineral resources of Tibet. Is that what you meant, Fruitvliegje?

To Nothing.
And in his wisdom ohm, 28 Jun 2005 13:48
the Dalai Lama smiles. He must have a very strong spirit indeed.

To Erika.
let's say... Erika, 01 Apr 2005 05:12
you wanted to produce an image that everybody could understand, educated or not, in any social class, would that image have to be itself in its own entity, with no representations to other meanings, or connections, or symbolizations? let's say you produce this image for everybody to be able to grasp..an image that has no meanings based on anything...would people be able to understand this image?? or are we stuck in a loop..

To Redsboy.
I really don't understand. . . Redsboy, 01 Apr 2005 05:17
why you would ask such a question when there is such an obvious answer. Look at your question again, and the answer will jump out at you.

To Erika.
i ask Erika, 01 Apr 2005 05:27
because its been produced, whether it was successful is open to interpretation

Ah, yes. . . Redsboy, 01 Apr 2005 18:16

Hi Erika still have 6 legs, 01 Apr 2005 17:58
I think each person interpretate a picture, painting, etc. in it's own way. Sometimes the artist create something to cause this reaction to his public, it's done on purpose. It let's the public focus they attention to their art work and think about in a deeper way. A picture or painting doesn't always have to make sense at first sight, it depends on what the purpose of the image involved is.....

To Nothing.
excuse me.... not able to spell in a correct ly, 01 Apr 2005 18:00
it's ''interpret''

To Nothing.
alternatively a spurious comment, 02 Apr 2005 11:11
it could be ''interpolate''

To Erika.
I always smoke out my bathroom window.. Erika, 27 Mrt 2005 01:24
and out of that window there is an older couple living in the apartment across the street, for the first 2 months all i saw was the man, and he always ate at a set table, and it made me so sad that he always ate like this alone, everyday, i even wanted to go over a few times and offer to eat with him, but then i discovered he had a lady, and that they always ate a a set table every meal, and it made me so happy to witness this.. tonight there was champange on the table, i wonder what the occasion was?

To Sherang.
at least Sherang, 27 Mrt 2005 01:28
when you're looking out the window you're not viewing people coming out of the shower while you're eating in the kitchen (as is the case for my friend) - whats wrong with frosted windows?

To Erika.
oh thank god Erika, 27 Mrt 2005 04:14
other wise the cute old couple that lives next door would become the scary naked people who make me wish i were blind..

To Nothing.
Eewwww Erika, you should stop smoking name, 27 Mrt 2005 04:11
immediately!! Before I have to raise myself from sleep to come do a lung-scan on you!!

To Erika.
but then Erika, 27 Mrt 2005 04:16
i wouldn't have noticed these things like people eating at a set table, which leaves a strasnge beautiful sensation in me, but i agree, it's terrible for me

To Erika.
looking backmoment.here Erika, 24 Mrt 2005 01:21
when will it happen, i find myself thinking, and cultivating my life around that , so what do you do, prepare for it or dismiss it?

To Nothing.
erika mighty mite, 24 Mrt 2005 02:13
i have these thoughts too, but mostly i think HOW will it happen. sometimes i prepare, but mostly i dismiss. i've read an interesting story by Shirley Jackson THE LOTTERY. gave me a lot to think about.

To Erika.
its that the one... Erika, 24 Mrt 2005 02:37
where the winner happens upon the ironic/horrific fate? I suppose my major concern with myself is i see in my mind (the drive-in movie screen behind my forehead) myself and what i am like after they have happened, while stuck in this fanasty, and preparing for this life after fact, i feel maybe im wasting the now preparing for the then?

To Jepthah.
not wasting Jepthah, 24 Mrt 2005 14:42
one must SPEND one's now in order to procure a sizeable later. Think of now in terms of Venture Capital...(?)

To Erika.
But then... Erika, 24 Mrt 2005 14:49
Supposing that the thing never happens, no matter how much i have prepared or have strived to meet it, what then?, was it all a waste?, or did i learn something, i would like to think i learned not to waste my now, or to prepare selectivly..but the person i am, some thnings like that don't change. so is the purpose to prepare or become, and when somehting happens like in 'the lottery' then i suppose that no one ever learns, as they continue to prepare with anxiousness..

To Starr.
Yep Starr, 24 Mrt 2005 14:43
That's the one : S and by that I mean (see below)

To Nothing.
'The Lottery', is that the one? name, 24 Mrt 2005 14:48
