I'm planning to plant some milkweed and a butterfly bush to attract the Admiral butterflies that are so plentiful here. But, we have a drought here, and yet we must water most plants twice a week or they will dry up. Dilemma :(

thats what buckets are for. You could run a hose from the bucket and siphon to outside rain barrel to avoid carrying heavy buckets. It's a bit of work but....... that would give you plenty of H2O for the flowers.

hose, rain barrel.....such 'decorator accessories'are not allowed in this complex. In fact, I am on the buildings and grounds committee and recently filed a complaint about someone storing a yellow bag of potting soil in their planter bed. It has been removed :) Ja ja, shtrict rules around here.

Thanks for answering, whoever you are. Strange, but i don't remember being treated badly, nor that wahoo was dogged. I came in here periodically and always just found spam. So glad the site is cleaned up. Such a shame about wahoo, but i don't quite believe you. Or rather, I don't WANT to believe you. Wahoo is/was such an extraordinary person; I was quite fond of him.
