that is supposed to be 'good luck'! i'm not really sure where that originates, but man, it seems like a positive place to be.

Isn't this idea somewhat similar to the movie Quicksilver Highway? In the second part of the movie, the mans hands decide they want to be free and they cut themselves loose..

my big brother showed me how to fry ants... but i'm pretty sure none of them had enough warning to wave goodbye.

these pages are those piled soap bits (the same ones that guests circumstancially use and then, are inclined to think about their own bathrooms.)

eye know people that are this painfully optimistic. who hurts more from it, the optimist or the watcher (eye)?

dream on lady!conversation.here Marnie, 25 Dec 2001 08:31
one can end up fantasizing about cold water in tall, dewey glasses of ice. mmmmmm. funny, bus stops (or any other place where the craving is impossibly remedied) seem to bring on a desire like that: ie: an itchy nose while burdened with heavy bags in both arms.
isn't it strange how when you dream about drinking water, the craving seems to go away? (until your awake, of course.)
also, sometimes i dream of tying people i am upset with to chairs and forcing them to listen to my point of view, and when i awake, i feel so relieved and the problems with that person in real life seem to dissolve as life continues with an avoided hitch. thank goodness for dreams.
as for the lady at the bus stop, she doesn't usually remember her dreams...

nose hair for all!! Marnie, 25 Dec 2001 08:09
noses can be very distinguishing features. you for example, have a lovely nose (and mouth)... these attributes show character whether you intend them to or not. and as for nose-hair, well, it is one of those things that connects humanity across the planet-- a singularily 'gross' thing for us all to share. (ie: the nun and the murderer could be plucking their nose-hair at the very same moment, and be, at that moment ultimately, the same)
