Holland is only two provinces in a country called the Netherlands. For some reason, a lot of people refer to the entire country as 'Holland'. Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and the Hague are all in North Holland, or South Holland, and I do believe they are the largest provinces. I get the impression that most of them don't care much one way or the other what you call it though. There must be some reason they put all the international courts in the Hague. I think it is because they are mostly a fairly level headed people, the Nederlanders that is. I could be wrong though. I have heard of some very xenophobic/racist/conservative views there, but that happens everywhere there are new people.

I think you are probably right. But it's also common to miss the sight of a beautiful sunset, or the smell of new grass after a gentle rain, or talking with a very bright young lady who sometimes doesn't think much of herself, but others see her potential. About your mother, quite some time ago, in the early days, we had some conversations about your mother. I just thought of her when I typed my splat. I'm glad you are in college.
