Personally I think NO, it is not ok. God said it was wrong. It certainly is not natural and it is not safe. I find that most gay people are very unhappy, confused often and debate in there consious if there life style is right or wrong. I feel pity for the gay community and anger towards those who condone it. I say tell people when they are sinning, don't pretend it does not affect you or society.
