To Tomtom.
I am tired Tomtom, 27 Aug 2005 10:48
of paying fortunes for software and am too decent to steal it. BUT theres a freeware or open source solution for almost every commercial software! lets exchange our experiences. - tip #1: OPEN OFFICE instead of MS office. the 1.9.x version is a beta still, but runs very stable. exel and word files are fully compatible even with a lot of macros in it. the pdf export is simply great and yet i didnt miss a single function. - i like the open source idea, where thousands of programmers all over the world are building up a prog - and its free!!

lets name the bridge to their new stadium after the german soccer-player who made the last goal in good old wembley: didi hamann!

www.lda.gov.uk/server.php?show=ConForm.9

To Nothing.

To Nothing.
not interested in soccer? name, 15 Mrt 2005 12:06
well, even minorities have a right to excist!

To Dawn.
hmmmm Dawn, 15 Mrt 2005 15:56
what's wrong with ''Wembley Footbridge'' does it need a name? I can just imagine football fans going home to tell their friends they walked over ......?...... footbridge to get to the match.

To Dawn.
Oh ...by the way...... Dawn, 15 Mrt 2005 15:58
did you know you can see the arch of the new stadium from the London Eye on a clear day?

To Tomtom.
that would be the point, dawn: Tomtom, 15 Mrt 2005 17:05
since 1966 theres kind of clash between german and english fans. so now german radio and newspapers started a campaing to get that bridge a german players name, in revange for the stolen wordship title. erm...erm...our weird german humorous way to pay it back;-) and besides: it was NO goal!!!

To Dawn.
Oh I see..... Dawn, 15 Mrt 2005 18:03
well i'm sure that the committee that choose the name will NOT choose a German one, but nice try.... ha ha ha ha

To Tomtom.
long live democracy!!!! Tomtom, 15 Mrt 2005 18:05
shouldnt they take the one with the most hits??

To Dawn.
I agree with you.... Dawn, 15 Mrt 2005 18:16
but I think they are only asking for suggestions, I don't think it will be decided on the name with most hits. At least I hope not, can you imagine.... Bobby Bridge... eeeeek.... oh my god, it has a certain ring to it ....AAARRRGGHH

To Nothing.
You two are working just like nice, 16 Mrt 2005 13:33
a pear in harmony - yin and yang. Keep up the good work, but just for the record, can you tell the boys in blue swat the real name of the bobby is that you are talking about? and if so: how old he is? and swat people he is involved with? Personally i must confess that i am not at all happy about tax payers money being wasted given to it assistants like yourself who inadvertantly criticize their partners whilst trying to do their job, just because they are hot under the collar about something or other.

To Nothing.
nice, 16 Mrt 2005 13:42
I hereby recommend to them that you be promoted to manager.
