i asked my wife and here comes the recipe for the rabbit (dont take it personal, RBT): before putting it in the stove, you should brown it in a kind of pan on the stove. season it with salt, pepper and rosemary. then put it in the stove together with onions, garlic, and carrots (if you like). there should be about 2 cm water inside the pot too. it might need 2 h at 200°C - but not sure about that. just try. you have to turn over the rabbit from time to time, thats very important. make sure theres always enough water in the pot. when its finished, you take the joint out and add sour cream (or cream - as you wish) to the gravy, maybe add some spice - thats it! - that is a german recipe - not to exotic, but i like it best. we tried some more orignal sounding recipes - but it ruined the meat in my opinion. anyway: good apetize!

To Win.
ps: Win, 14 Feb 2005 20:04
its a recipe for TAME rabbits - not the wild ones...i never tried them...(but dead as they are they should be kind of tame;-))

to change the PW you have to log in, click to your bug next to the words: WELCOME EVA, click on settings and change it. it is written as ****. - so, because this bug was at the end of the list, it might be possible that some other person had chosen it before. change the PW - and be sure, that it is not me;-)

mites do have 8 legs too! but the nits have only six! so, cause many of them act quite young i will start naming the mites NITS from now on.
